Drop Off and Pick Up

 

Drop Off
  • Please check Important Dates for Drop Off times.
  • All consignors MUST schedule a drop off appointment.
  • Drop off appointments are scheduled according to how many items each consignor is bringing to sell. Please pay close attention so that you select the correct appointment.
    • If you have between 15 and 100 tagged items to drop off, you should select an appointment that is blank in the priority column
    • If you have between 101 and 200 tagged items to drop off, you should select an appointment that reads "Medium" in the priority column
    • If you have between 201 and 300 tagged items to drop off, you should select an appointment that reads "High" in the priority column
  • Only 100 clothing items on hangers will be accepted. If you have more than 100 clothing items, you will be asked to take the additional items back home with you at drop off.
  • Due to space and time constraints, PLEASE have items ready prior to arrival. We cannot have consignors pinning and tagging items as part of the drop off process.
  • Clothing should be sorted by gender and size.
  • A "quality check" will be done when you drop your items off to ensure the items are in good condition, properly prepared and tagged. Please don’t be offended if we turn down a few of your items. We just want to make sure we have the best merchandise for our shoppers (which includes you!)
  • If your items are tagged incorrectly or are hung improperly, we will ask you to fix them before your items will be accepted.
  • Any item that will need to be sprayed must be brought to the attention of a Tykes2Teens team member so that it can be sprayed before being placed on the sales floor. If an item is not sprayed and we are fined as a result, we may pass the fine along to the consignor who failed to notify us that the item needed to be sprayed.
  • If you cannot bring all of your items over in a single trip, please contact us so we can work out a game plan that will not disrupt the drop off process.

Pick Up
  • Please check Important Dates for Pick Up times
  • When you arrive for pick up all unsold items that were not donated will be sorted in to piles by consignor number
  • Please make sure you check the Lost and Found table for any items that became separated from their tags that may be yours
  • Any unclaimed Lost and Found items will be donated at the end of the evening
  • All items not picked up during the designated Pick Up time WILL BE DONATED (so please don’t forget!)
